The elusive “edge” encompasses what all entrepreneurs/businesses are undoubtedly in search of. I have known Lenore Bartholomew since September 2022. She quickly became part of the leadership team of Career-Confidence.org due to her wisdom, interpersonal skills and work ethic. In October 2024, Career-Confidence.org needed female leadership one weekend. No woman was available in the area. Thus, Lenore interrupted her meetings in Canada, flew to Washington DC and spent the entire weekend caring for people in need. Each woman presented unique situations. Lenore responded with compassion and wisdom. Even now 6 months later, I am seeing the benefits of her sacrifice in October 2024.
